In using this website you are deemed to have read and agree to all Global Office Solutions terms and conditions. We offer payment terms for all credit worthy customers. Global does reserve the right to add a 1.5 percent penalty per month on all outstanding past due balances.
Return & Refund Policy
Short Shipments: All short shipments must be reported within 5 days of delivery to receive credit.
Office Supplies: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for credit or exchange. The original receipt or invoice number is required. All returned product must be in Global Office Solutions most current catalog, be in the original packaging, resalable condition and within 6 months of the original purchase date.
Software: We are only able to accept software that is unopened and returned within 14 days of purchase. The original receipt or invoice number is required.
Technology: Due to the limited life span of technology products, they may only be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase. Items that don't qualify under Global Office Solutions return policy may qualify for service or repair under the appropriate manufacture's warranty. Contact Global Should you need help with the manufacturer's contact information.
Furniture: Any stocked furniture item that is new condition, unassembled and in the original packaging with UPC code may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, credit, or refund.
Custom & Special Orders: Because these orders are personalized, they may not be returned.
All eligible returns will be refunded by the method that was used to pay for the original order.
